Yang is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Business Outsourcing. He began his career at RSM Singapore, the largest tax and audit firm in Singapore outside the Big-4. While there, he led a team in corporate finance advisory and accounting services to companies in various industries and of different sizes.
He was subsequently Head of Corporate Finance for a regional Estate Planning company and Licensed Trust Company in Singapore. There, he honed his entrepreneurial skills in wealth management with the firm's many SME and family businesses clients.
Yang gained further qualifications in Trust Administration & Advisory through certifications by the Wealth Management Institute.

Lionel is a Fellow member with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants United Kingdom with over 15 years of experience in Business Outsourcing and Commercial Finance.
